5:45 Banana 6-7:15 Workout 8:00 1 c. oatmeal with Strawberries/Blueberries 11:00 6 oz. yogurt 12:00 1/2 c. brown rice/veges 4:00 Watermelon and 1/2 apple 6:00 Zucchini pancakes 8:30 Herbal Tea
